High frequency drying characteristics
High frequency vacuum wood dryer uses high-frequency drying to heat the wood both inside and outside simultaneously, with uniform heating, fast drying speed, short drying time, and the ability to maintain the original color of the wood. At the same time, it also has the characteristics of low-temperature and fast drying under vacuum conditions.

Equipment features
1. Adopting PLC and touch screen program automatic control, various heating parameter settings are simple and clear, and the wood drying process can be fully controlled by unmanned operation.
2. The temperature detection adopts optical fiber, which avoids high-frequency interference during the heating process and ensures the drying quality of the wood.
3. The top of the dryer is equipped with a hydraulic system, which applies pressure to the dry material pile while preventing wood deformation.
4. The humidity detection adopts the weighing detection method, and the PLC controls the moisture content of the wood according to the changes in the weight of the wood. Prevent traditional metal probes from being affected by high-frequency electromagnetic waves.
5. The tank has undergone anti-corrosion treatment and does not rust.
6. Automatic feeding and unloading is simple, labor-saving, and time-saving.
Application scope
Suitable for redwood, hardwood, thick wood, ultra-thin veneer, and large section square wood, etc. Common precious woods such as rosewood, chicken wing wood, yellow pear, etc. It is also suitable for secondary drying of small batches and urgent wood after moisture regain.
